here. Last night I purchased my own copy on
Amazon for under $10 (including S&H). It should arrive before November 1st so I'm gearing up for my one month of transformation! My love handles, pudgy belly rolls and thunder thighs need to be tamed!
In addition, I've been working with my nutritionist friend about learning to eat the right amount of fats/carbs/proteins 6 times a day. I never realized how much protein and fat our bodies really need. It seems like when I get the food part going good (eating healthy!), the fitness aspect falls to the wayside. Thankful for this opportunity to incorporate healthy living in both areas. Taking it back!
