I'm actually making Weight Watchers Chicken Stroganoff in my crockpot for dinner tonight.
Here's the recipe:
WW Chicken Stroganoff
(6 servings; 4 pts per serving)
1 lb frozen chicken breast
1 16 oz. container FF sour cream
1 can FF Cream of Mushroom
1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
Place the chicken breast on the bottom of the crockpot and pour the other ingredients on top. Stir together and cook on low for 7 hours. EASY and DELISH!
