This is one of my favorite Weight Watchers recipes and it's so easy to make. 1 cup of soup is only 2 points and it's very filling.
1 lb. lean hamburger meat (I use Laura's beef because it's all natural)
1 packet of Ranch Dressing mix
1 Taco seasoning packet
1 can pinto beans
1 can chile hot beans
1 can corn
2 cans stewed tomatoes 4 cans tomato sauce (we prefer tomato sauce)
Brown meat and drain. (Remember to try this no mess trick here). Mix in taco seasoning and Ranch mix. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
